recognize the wonder within you.

You are invited to experience an uplifting quote, followed by
chanting a sacred word, HU, a love song to God for 15 minutes,
followed by a short contemplative time, and then spiritual
conversation with others of like-heart.

Open up a way to live life to the fullest with love, happiness and in
harmony. All are welcome, so bring a friend or family member and
share the experience together.

HU can uplift people of any religion, culture, or walk of life.
