Welcome to the San Antonio, TX InvestHER Chapter! This group has been created to help women real estate investors local to San Antonio meet, connect, and learn together and from one another!

MEET THE INVESTHER - SAN ANTONIO LEADERS
Breanne Weber is a married mother of four. She was a stay-at-home mom for 14 years. She has a passion for real estate and loves the power of owning her own business. Breanne has been investing in real estate for 5 years. She has completed and sold 6 flips as well as BRRRRed 2 single-family homes.

She would not have had the guts to do any of this without her business partner, Denise Mayen, who took time from her own house-flipping business and being a single mom to three kids to teach Breanne how to analyze a deal and estimate a rehab. Denise has completed 19 flips over the past 7 years, and loves seeing the transformation of a house that no one wants into a desirable home.

Together they started Two Moms Investing (@2momsinvesting), and currently manage a combined portfolio of 18 doors, including 2 multifamily properties they've renovated together, in and around San Antonio.
