Please join us for a virtual cafe after the ASCA Santa Clarita support group meeting. Any member of ASCA Santa Clarita is welcome to attend, provided that they attended the preceding support group meeting.

Please read virtual cafe guidelines below.

**Objectives of Virtual Café after ASCA Santa Clarita meetings:**

* Socialization: an opportunity to practice socializing with others in an inclusive space
* decompress after ASCA meeting
* out of concern for safety, the virtual café will not be an opportunity for additional sharing or supportive feedback
* it is ok not to talk, just say pass if asked
* 30 mins in duration

**Safety requirements for Virtual Café:**

1. Need to have at least 1 trained co-facilitator present
2. ASCA guidelines in place with the following exceptions and reminders:

* eating and drinking (non-alcoholic) quietly.
* staying until the end is optional
* video always on unless moving away from camera
* avoid monopolizing the conversation or interrupting

3. Safe Topics:

* no discussion about politics, religion or any potentially divisive topics
* no discussion about ASCA meeting as that is confidential. Avoid cross-talk (gossip).
* weather, hobbies, movies, books, travelling, restaurants, cultures, art, music, recipes etc.

The Virtual Café will be held after every ASCA Santa Clarita meeting as long as there is at least 1 trained ASCA co-facilitator present.
