What we’re about

Santa Fe Social Kooks and Curious Minds is all about making genuine connections and sharing offbeat and interesting experiences with like-minded curious people. Check your ego at the door (but not your passion), and join us for everything from bawdy conversations over coffee, to popcorn and foreign flicks, to ideological bickering over unparalleled dinner and drinks, to wilderness treks in search of UFOs and Bigfoot. We want to talk, laugh, not always take ourselves too seriously (but be able to mope when it's appropriate), enjoy each other's unique ideas, thoughts, backgrounds, and experiences, and most of all enjoy each other's company! We really want to know you! Goofy, serious, athletic, arty, brooding, popular, shy, curious, tentative, extroverted, lighthearted, nerdy, stoic, musical, or just downright ridiculously weird people are all welcome. Our only uniting requirements are that you are interested in real and lasting friendships and meeting a diversity of people, that you come with an open mind, and that you promise to bring your genuine self to the table.

** There is no age requirement to join SF Kooks and Curious.  Its curator is 40-something, but recognizes the value in connecting with all ages and types of people. That said, being young at heart is a huge plus! The most important requirement is the desire to connect, listen and exchange stories, ideas, and experiences, and have fun. We LOVE adventure and discovery and want to share that with you, whatever your age or gender.
