$10 for a single ride
$50 for 5 rides + a 32oz tamarind-infused kombucha bottle

• No GCCC entrance fee required—just mention you’re attending Kiana’s cycling class and pay the instructor directly.
• Class runs from 11:15 AM - 12:10 PM and includes a cardio workout inspired by music beats, a 3lb weights circuit, and choreography (optional).
• Arrive 10-15 minutes early for bike setup.
