The Hike+Lunch is definitely one of our most well attended and awesome events...

(Besides our Glow Workout of course :) ..so you might want to reserve a spot asap) ...And not just because we buy everyone awesome lunch and bribe you with all sorts of toys and prizes... But seriously, we put a lot of planning into this and have made it into quite an excursion!

We do these about 4x a year as a cool way to bring our clients and friends - AND NEW friends(like you) - together and just say THANK YOU. Cuz you ALL have contributed to the success of BandsAndBody Fitness over the last 6 years even if indirectly by sharing about it or coming to these events.

FYI THIS EVENT ALWAYS FILLS UP, SO I'D RESERVE YOUR SPOT ASAP.
We know statistically less than half show from meet up so we will allow a total of 30 RSVPs. Just keep in mind I do buy lunch for everyone, so I am calculating your RSVP into that and right now I can't afford the extra calories, lol kidding... but seriously, no flaking!! (I'm def a BIG eater, but I can only force down so many wraps! :) So any last min or day before cancels will def be banned from future events :( .. unless really valid.

THE GAME PLAN
*Meet at Water Lily Cafe 120 S. Topanga Cyn Topanga, CA at 11:30am and depart @ 12 absolute latest!
*Starts off with fun NAME games
*And then we raffle off a ton of gifts and prizes (perks of being on time)
*Followed by caravaning up the scenic yet hidden Malibu/Topanga mountainside. *Then arriving TOGETHER HOPEFULLY :) at our "top secret" hiking location with the most stunning/vast panoramic ocean views I have ever seen(and I've seen a lot)
*AND THEN you get to experience a brief and interactive sample demonstration of the newest most innovative fitness fad of musical exercise choreography.
