Let’s enjoy the cooler Texas weather and go hiking! Pack up some water, coffee and snacks. We will meet at the Swallow Cliff parking lot where there are restrooms available. We will then hike from Swallow Cliff, to the Barred Owl Trail, and then back up the Live Oak Trail. We will then finish the hike along the river on the Bald Cypress trail which is stunning! The hike is between 2-3 miles at a leisure pace.

There is a $7/per person entrance fee for this Texas State Park. The park recommends purchasing your ticket in advance during holiday weekends.
