My favorite part of the week has always been Saturday coffee. There's something about being unnecessarily caffeinated that's just awesome. You're not drinking coffee to get through the workweek or to study; you're just drinking coffee to enjoy it. I thought it'd be a fun idea to get a Meetup group going that meets at a different coffee shop every Saturday morning to socialize. This'll give you the opportunity to meet new people and try out some of the local coffee shops in the Spring/Woodlands area.
I plan to host these coffee socials every Saturday from 9:00-11:00 AM, however, you can stay for as long or as short as you'd like. Everyone is welcome! Come by and say hi!
Also, I'd love to hear from you all if you have any good coffee spots you'd like the group to visit in the future; let me know. Thank you!
**Rules**
I don't have many rules, but here are the 2 major ones to highlight:
- I have a ZERO tolerance policy for persistent, unwanted sexual advances. Anyone who makes continued unwanted sexual advances will be banned from our MeetUp group and reported to MeetUp.
- No racism, sexism, or rudeness. I started this group so that everyone could enjoy it, and I want everyone to feel welcome at our coffee socials. If you are racist, sexist, or rude towards other members of the group, you will be banned.
While these are the 2 main rules of the group, please keep in mind that as the Meetup organizer, I can still remove/ban members at my discretion. Thank you for your cooperation!
