What we’re about
Welcome to the "Saving You Is Killing Me" Support Group
Are you loving someone with an addiction and feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or drained? You're not alone, and there is hope. Join our uplifting, positive community led by Andrea Seydel, author of the "Saving You Is Killing Me: Loving Someone with an Addiction" book series and podcast. Andrea is a positive psychology expert dedicated to helping you take back your power, build your resilience, and focus on your well-being.
Group Goal:
Our mission is to create a supportive, empowering environment where you can connect with others facing similar challenges. Together, we focus on strengthening our own lives, building resilience, and rediscovering happiness, even in the face of addiction.
Who You’ll Meet:
This group is for anyone who loves someone with an addiction and seeks to reclaim their life. Whether you’re just starting this journey or have been walking it for years, you'll find a community here that understands and supports you.
What to Expect at Our Events:
Each month, we’ll meet online in a live, interactive setting. Andrea Seydel will guide the group through topics centered on well-being and happiness, drawn from her extensive work in positive psychology. Every meeting will be centered around YOU—not your addicted loved one. Expect to leave each session feeling uplifted, empowered, and armed with practical tools to enhance your resilience and well-being.
Join us on this path of self-discovery, empowerment, and healing. Let’s focus on what we can control—ourselves—and build a life full of strength, happiness, and peace.
