Hackney Carnival 2024

• Hackney Carnival is back after 5 years of dormancy. We will meet outside the Hackney Town Hall in Mare Street. The nearest train statin is Hackney Central on the Overground.
• The Carnival is set to be bigger and better than ever this year - with a new route, interactive arts, live music, sound systems, food from around the world and more space for everyone to enjoy it all.
• This event is for everyone who enjoys all the splendour of a carnival, minus the overcrowding seen at Notting Hill.
• Optional lunch/drinks at the end of the event.

Photo-taking gadgets and chargers
An umbrella just in case (it's London after all)

No Show' Policy: If the member replied 'yes' but did not attend the event, did not update the RSVP and did not inform the organisers on 3 occasions – this triggers an automatic removal from the group. That's once for events with a waiting list.
