What we’re about

A group designed for social workouts. For those who enjoy socializing while getting a workout in, this is the group for you! We’ll meet a few times a week every week to do workouts targeting specific muscle groups/exercise categories (I.e. jogging, upper body workout days, lower body workout days, hiking, etc.). Each event will be focused on a certain type of workout but if you want to work on a different muscle group that day but still want to socialize while working out, feel free to join!
