Sunday Free Guided Meditation

A spiritual recharge for the week! Please join us for a short, simple, yet powerful meditation session guided by one of our wonderful Practitioners. We provide this service free of charge to the public!

We are non-denominational spiritual community welcoming people of all faiths to come and just BE. We provide a safe, friendly, loving atmosphere to come practice meditation together no matter the level of experience.

We meet every Sunday at 10:30 am. Our average attendance is about 15 to 20 people every week and growing. This post is a special invitation to MeetUp members to join us. Hope to see you there!

Meditation is followed by our regular Sunday Uplift Service at 11 am. Please feel free to stay if you like. It just might be something you were looking for.
