Hi Everyone,

I apologize for taking so long on getting out details for the Chrismukkah party, but some personal things have sidelined me the past couple of months. Because of that, in order to be able to plan the party for the correct number of people, I need for those still planning on attending to make their payment by Thanksgiving Day (November 28th).

Below are the details on the cost and what’s included.

Cost: $100

Includes: Open bar, full buffet, music, dancing, party favors, and great holiday vibes 🎄🕎🎄

Location: Optima Camelview Party Room

*If there are not at least 35 paid attendees by Thanksgiving Day, I will need to cancel the party and full refunds will be made right away to those who did pay.

Homelessness in Phoenix is a known issue, but a homeless Veteran should not be an issue at all. We are rallying to create a memorable event to show homeless veterans how much we care.

We need your help Dishin' Out Christmas For Homeless Veterans
15 volunteers needed
1. 7 volunteers are needed to warm up and serve the food at the event these volunteers will meet at the drop-off location at 5:30 am, help warm the food, transport it to the Justa Center location, and serve until 1:00 pm
We have 5 confirmed serving
2. 3 volunteers clean up crew - to meet at the drop-off location at 7:00 am and clean the kitchen after we finish warming it.
3. 2 volunteers to meet at the Justa Center at 7:30 am to decorate and prepare the tables for serving
We have 1 confirmed
4. 3 volunteers clean up crew - to meet at the Justa Center at 11:30 to help clean
Food Donations Needed
These volunteers will choose an item from the list below and deliver the prepared food to the drop-off location on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, between 8:00 am - 5:00
Please place your prepared food item inside the walk-in refrigerator on the designated food rack. (Designation not finalized yet)
