Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this combination chair and standing class will help you increase your range of motion, be stronger, more flexible and improve your balance. you will start in a chair with breathing and meditation, move all the parts of the body to warm up and progress into standing postures. Some poses are done with your hands on the seat or the back of a chair. Class will rend with resting to calm yourself and relax. You will feel better when you leave than when you walked into the fitness room. Instructor is Certified in three areas: Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Healthy Aging and Integrative Yoga for Seniors.
