Forest hike, 14 miles circular

Please join me for a stunning Forest hike. This hike is suitable for regular walkers with a good fitness level. We will cover 14 miles in roughly 6.5 hours, on rough and varied terrain with 1500 feet of ascent.
This is a tough and long circular walk, starting from the picturesque village of Parkend, upto Edge End and back through Speech House.

Lots of drinks/snacks essential and please ensure you have adequate hiking gear and also a head torch.

DOGS
Well behaved dogs are welcome but may need to be put on a lead near roads and livestock.

If you sign up and then decide not to go at the last minute, please change your RSVP to NO so someone else can go.

Meet at The Fountain Inn, Parkend, GL15 4JD. Please park in the village (not in the small pub car park). Please arrive in time to set off promptly at 10.00am.

We can grab a drink at the pub afterwards.
