6 mi Easy - Seaside Coastal hike & back with dogs

Join me & Maggie on a coastal walk from Encinitas to Cardiff. If it is low tide, we will walk along the beach but dogs must be leashed. We will meet at J & 3rd Street in front of the J Street Viewpoint sign. We will go out 3 mi to Cardiff then return to our start. There will be restrooms along the way and we will take water breaks as necessary. We will start no later than 8:40. If you are lost call: 858-735-4527. Please bring water for yourself and your dog. We will walk a portion of our walk on the east side of the highway along the coastal rail trail. We will go as far as Cardiff and return to our start. If you walk along the highway you can bring a stroller. However you'll have an option to walk along the beach in Cardiff if you like.

This group is for ladies & their dogs only and participants must sign up as a member of this hiking group. Friends, Spouses, significant others & children are not allowed. Dogs must be 1 year old and fully vaccinated. No retractable leashes allowed. Pet parents must be 18+ to join.
