What we’re about
The Seacoast Adult ADHD Support Group is a welcoming and friendly peer support group with a creative and strengths-based approach. The group is facilitated by a professional psychotherapist / ADHD Coach / ADHD adult who moderates the lively and supportive group generated discussion. There is no cost to attend.
NOTE:
This group is for people who identify as ADHD adults, not ADHD-curious. Newcomers are always welcome.
Started in 2007, we transitioned in 2020 to online meetings and added a second monthly meeting. We now meet the first AND third Wednesday of each month for practical skills, knowledge, emotional support, and shared resources. Some members are regulars, others attend occasionally. This is a place for ADHD adults to connect with one another and learn about our similarities and differences in a supportive and appreciative environment. If this is your first time with us , or if you have questions, please call or email the facilitator just to let us know you're attending. We'll look for your name on the rsvp list and waitlist to send you the link.
