What we’re about

This group is focused on helping people find inner peace, calmness, awareness and mindfulness through breath-work, meditation and yoga.
Through our meetups we host free guided breath-work and mediation sessions with focus on different topics like:

  • Learning the art of letting go
  • Improving quality of our sleep
  • Journey from reaction to response
  • Breakups, moving on and mental hygiene
  • Handling stress at workplace
  • Meditation made easy

All sessions are typically 60 minutes long with 20-25 minutes of breath-work and meditation. At the end of our each sessions, for the participants who wish to explore more we offer a chance to sign up for an optional 3-day paid breath-work and meditation workshop as well.

We offer these sessions in a safe space at Saturn Building in Fremont, Seattle. All the meetups are hosted by The Art Of Living Foundation. To know more about us please visit : https://www.artofliving.org/
