Sunday Sangha Night (Community Gathering) Online and In-Person

Mary explores Equanimity in the final part of our series on 7 factors of Enlightenment.

Our weekly community event meets every Sunday, 6:00PM to 7:45PM, both in-person and online, in a "hybrid" format. The evening is informal and friendly and the program varies:

• Meditation, a Dharma talk and time for discussion
• Focused solely on meditation
• Program with a devotional component in addition to meditation
