Harry Arsene

Harry Arsene is the co-founder and manager of Arsene Construction (AKA Investors, LLC), a Seattle-based real estate development and general construction company.  With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and an M.S. in Product Development Engineering from the University of Southern California, Harry brings a strong technical background to his role.

Before joining Arsene Construction full-time in 2017, Harry worked in the aerospace industry for over 13 years, while supporting the company's growth part-time for its first decade. Since then, he has focused on property acquisition, project financing, and managing the company’s accounting and human resources functions.

Under Harry's leadership, Arsene Construction has built a diverse portfolio of projects, including luxury townhouses, single-family homes, and multi-family residential buildings. Notable developments include the Edric Apartments, a 48,000 square-foot, 32-unit apartment building with below-grade parking, which was stabilized in 2022 and is held in their long-term portfolio. The company is wrapping up its largest project to date, Viewland apartments, a 50-unit, 50,000 square-foot multifamily building in the Seattle area that is already under contract to sell upon completion. They will be breaking ground on a 3rd multifamily development site later this year.

Since its founding in 2007, Arsene Construction has completed over 100 projects ranging from remodels to ground-up new construction, contributing to the urban landscape and housing options in Seattle.​​
