What we’re about
Do you feel drained when you spend time with certain people or in busy places ?
Do you feel tired a lot of the time? We will create a space to share our experiences and learn how to help calm your mind and body and keep your energy system clear. We will also have some short meditations and processes. Each week we explore a particular topic (e.g. grounding, violet flame, manifesting, judgment) and my hope is you are able to take away some new realisation, insight and learning which may help.
