Come ride the beautiful Arabia-Panola Mountain trails, a hilly, challenging course. Two options available. 1) a robust 38-mile round-trip ride for those who cherish the challenge, from the Pole Bridge Traihead to Stonecrest Library (clean bathrooms/water fountain) & then to the Monastery of the Holy Spirit. 2) a 22-25 mile ride for those wanting to put in a little less time and energy, will return to the start from Lake Alexander.This is a mostly remote area. Come prepared with water, snack bars, spare tube, hand pump, and tire irons, just in case.
Start locations & times follow, will enable arrival at Stonecrest Library by 10a.
9:15 AM, Polebridge Trailhead (6262 Browns Mill Road)
10:10 am (approx.) Regroup--Stonecrest Library (6 miles)
11 am (approx.) Regroup--Lake Alexander (11 miles)
11:10 am--Panola Mtn. Greenway (7 miles out & back)All riders are required to wear helmets. Not limited to 50+.
Ride will be canceled if course is deemed unduly wet.
