Our friends from the United States celebrate Thanksgiving on the last Thursday of every November. Traditionally, Thanksgiving is a time for families to get together and share food like roast turkey, turkey stuffing with onions and celery, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, corn, dinner rolls, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie.
So what do you do when you’re far away from your family but you want to eat really good food with some really great friends?
Well, you get together with friends and have a feast!
That’s called FRIENDSGIVING!On Saturday, November 30th, SeoulShare is having our Third Annual Friendsgiving Feast. Let's celebrate with good food and amazing people!
Menu Options:
Attendees can order from Kote's special Friendsgiving menu at a price of 15,000 won per dish. Drinks are separate.Each table of four has the flexibility to choose any of the following dishes. Dishes are meant to be shared with everyone at the table, but you can decide what you want to order as a table.
Option 1: Sauteed Cabbage with Doenjang Sauce (Vegetarian)
Option 2: Gosari (Bracken) Myeongran (Pollock Roe) Pasta (Vegetarian/adjusted from 16,000 to 15,000 won)
Option 3: TBD Pork Dish (options include Korean Boiled Pork Wraps from Nakwon Market or Kote's Chef's Choice!)
Option 4: Buffalo Wings, French Fries, OR Nachos (Not all three, but you can order all three for 15,000 each if your table is hungry! Portion size for this option will be larger than standard portion sizes available on Kote's regular menu.)To make life easier, we will seat people with dietary restrictions (vegetarian, no pork) together. If you have a dietary restriction, please complete this form by NOON on November 30th!!!
** If you'd like to share a freshly-purchased dessert (please no homemade desserts for hygeine purposes) with your table to cap off the meal with a sweet touch, feel free to do so! **

7:00 pm--Meet at Kote Joseon Salon for cocktails
7:15 pm--Enjoy all kinds of Korean food
• Please arrive BEFORE 7:15 so we can get people seated and food ordered!
• You are responsible for paying for your own meal and drinks.
• During and after dinner, you're encouraged to fill out "Gratitude" cards that will be available at your tables. The purpose of these cards is to remind yourself of all the reasons you have to be thankful and grateful as 2024 comes to a close. You are also welcome to write a card to another SeoulShare member (that person does not have to be in attendance). We will post these cards in the Kote Library on the 2nd floor until the SeoulShare Christmas Party at the end of December.)✅ HOW TO SIGN UP

Thank you for your cooperationPROVIDED, we will only reserve and oversee games for the first 16 people to arrive (four tables). For those who arrive after the first four tables are filled, you guys can organize and manage yourselves, and there's no guarantee of a spot to play.
In our experience, other than peak summer, there's usually space for 20-30 people. This should work out fine (most of the time).

(nearest subway: Dongdaemun (LINE 1 & 4) Exit 1 . Walk 95 meters.. a couple of minutes, and you are there.
🎲 ☕️ Pay your BoardGame Fee, and buy a drink, go downstairs.
7 PM - Wrap up the event and go for dinner around the area (optional)
9 PM - Go to a local bar (optional)🎲 Rates of the board game cafe
5000 KRW unlimited hours play

- Running with SeoulShare - Monday Night - along Cheonggyecheon StreamDongdaemun Station. Heunginjimun Gate, Seoul
◼︎ We are SeoulShare Runners.
◼︎ We run on beautiful trails.
◼︎ We enjoy food and drinks as we celebrate completing the run.It doesn't matter if you're a regular runner or complete beginner, or if you run can 5K or even 500 meters. We are here to run with you and we are here to help you run. If you're not so sure if you can run, just join us and try to run with us. Let's run together. Running can be the simplest exercise but it can be really mind-blowing.
🏃🏻 Course Details
• Course: Cheonggyecheon Stream, 청계천
• Distance: 5-8km
• Duration: About 1~1.5 hours
• Difficulty: Easy🗺️Please check out the map for the running route. You can see the attached map as you scroll down the event notice.
The starting point of the run is 0 km. We do a warmup and start running, each one at their own pace. After running half of the desired distance, we are turning back and run by the same route back to the starting point. We meet in approximately 1 hour after beginning of the run at the point where we started. Then we go and have dinner in one of the places nearby (optional)🏃🏻 Event Details
