This is our virtual get-together on the second and fourth Mondays of the month, which is open to all members of the group.

The general topic is our "Stresses & Successes", sharing with and supporting each other about both our recent challenges and struggles, as well as any good experiences, lessons learned, or positive steps we've taken, wherever we are in this process and on this journey.

The expectation for all participants is to listen compassionately, share from one's own perspective, and not give unsolicited advice to others. These sessions are not a substitute for therapy or other professional support, but we can offer referrals to outside resources if necessary.

The other essential requirement for anyone attending these sessions is strict confidentiality - what is shared here STAYS here. In all our group gatherings (whether virtually or in person), there is a sacred bond of trust that MUST be respected by everyone. Any violations of this policy may result in the removal of individuals from the group and its activities.

We will occasionally address/discuss a specific question or topic during the session, which will be indicated in the event title. Please let us know if you have any ideas or suggestions for these special questions/topics, or feel free to post in the Discussions area of our group's Meetup site.
