Social event to make new friends for 18 – 39😊Play Boardgames + Human Bingo

Every participant will have a mission to complete to win prize. First, participants will be split into different tables with ratio of ladies to gentlemen, 1: 2 per table. Time will be allocated for participants to interact with each other seated at the same table through interactive icebreaker and human bingo game.

Participants can decide whether they want to play the icebreaker and human bingo games which we have provided or just chit chat or do all. It is flexible and up to participants to decide.

The bell will ring at 3.40pm and participants can start to move to the next table (according to the rotation instructions on a paper slip given to them at registration). Every 20 mins, the organiser will ring the bell. In total there will be 4 rotations of 20 mins till 5pm.

At 5pm, we will host 2-3 boardgame groups. Participants who do not wish to play boardgames are free to mingle around.

During the event, participants who have completed the human bingo mission and is eligible for prize, may at any time approach the host to receive attractive prizes. (Whilst stock last, first come first serve basis)

One day before the actual day of event, we will be sending an email to all who registered via the google form with further instructions on how the event works.

Dress Code: No specific dress codes. Feel free to dress comfortably and appropriate for the event.

Side notes:
1. We have booked the venue for this event at a cost. Hence, we appreciate your understanding that both ladies and gentlemen, a small amount of event fee is required.
2. The age group 18-39 is an indicative guideline. You are welcome to attend if you are a few years either side of the guideline.
3. Kindly note that smoking, vaping and outside food are not allowed at event venue.
