What we’re about
Did you know that shamanism has been practiced in every culture around the world for 50,000+ years? Would you like to explore, establish, or dive deeper into the shamanic practices that are your birth right to access, while respecting cultural boundaries?
If so this group is for you!
MY MISSION FOR THIS GROUP:
1. Empower, encourage & support anyone interested in accessing shamanism to do so with the highest integrity.
2. Share shamanic practices for self-healing and personal development in an ethical way, while respecting cultural boundaries.
3. To hold space for folks that deeply respect the necessity to practice shamanism within the container that they are trained, experienced, and prepared for.
4. Create a safe space to utilize shamanic practices from a place of pure heart & intention, while nurturing new friendships with like-minded community.
5. Share shamanic practices with you that you can use for your personal healing & development. (You will not learn methods to use on other people in this group. If you are seeking that, I can refer you to teachers that specialize in that type of offering.)
In that vein, this space is NOT for those wishing to:
7. Take shortcuts by offering services either inside or outside of this group without proper training, practice and relationship with your shamanic tools & spirit guides.
8. Use this space as a networking opportunity, or a place to find people to date. YES, relationships will develop organically, but DO NOT come with the intention of promoting your business or finding a romantic partner.
AS A FACILITATOR, I PROMISE TO:
- Only utilize and share practices that were intended to be accessed by me, and hold others in the group to that same bar in a gentle but direct way.
- Empower you by sharing ideas and ways to connect with, and develop, YOUR shamanic practices.
- Hold a safe & healing space while enforcing boundaries if needed. This means that I reserve the right to discreetly require a member to leave the group if they are not honoring the mission of it.
LASTLY..
We will not utilizing plant medicines. Please do NOT come to a gathering under the influence of any plant medicine, mind altering substance, or recreational drugs.
ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Jessica. I've been practicing shamanism since 2011. I've received 100's of hours of training in Core & Peruvian shamanism, and I've logged 100+ hrs of pro-bono work under the tutelage of my shamanic teacher before opening my private practice. You can learn more about my shamanic philosophy here.
I promise to hold impeccable space, and bring you the highest level of service during these ceremonies. I will NOT use our time together to sell services, upgrades, etc.

A GUIDED HEALING SHAMANIC JOURNEY IS..
A guided shamanic journey is both similar to, yet very different from a guided meditation.
Shamanic journeying is an active practice, and I guide journeys in a way that opens a safe, pristine, calm, healing space for you to intentionally ask your spirit guides (and/or well as Spirit / God / Universe / Oneness / Divine / etc), for the information, wisdom, guidance, and healing that you are ready to receive as you seek to grow and evolve as a human.
Oftentimes, all of this good stuff comes through in a beautiful, joyful, peaceful way. Sometimes the journey unfolds in a way that asks you to roll up your sleeves and do the work you need to do so that you can create the changes that you wish to see in your life. This is probably the biggest reason why most people in the West turn to shamanic journeying- to intentionally change their lives (and often in specific ways).
Many people feel a sense of lightness, clarity, and empowerment during and after these guided journeys, although this is a very personal practice, and your experience will likely reflect where you are in life at this time. I think those of us that take shamanic journeys regularly will have a wide range of experiences to tell you about. Some journeys are extremely peaceful, loving, and joyful, some are like receiving intense teachings from our spirit guides. Some journeys can feel like very serious and powerful initiations.
It's important to remember that journeys are often metaphorical, that you are always safe and in control, and that however your journey unfolds, that you are being loved and supported by your guides and that Divine force (whatever you know that force to be).
After our journey, you'll have time to share, ask questions, and/or to receive interpretation support if you like. I will share some groups and resources that can support you as you ponder this journey, as well as future journeys and shamanic experiences.
While I guide your journey, I'll also use a hoop drum at a beat of about 220 BPM, which has been proven to induce a theta brainwave state. Theta brain waves, present in both sleep and deep meditation, transport us to a realm of vivid dreams, heightened intuition, and expanded consciousness. They nurture our intuition, spark creativity, open the doors to rewiring neural connections, and reconnect us with our natural essence. This state is also known as the flow state zone.
GOT KIDS?
Kids that are ready to journey (or sit quietly to draw or color) are welcome. Spiritually in-tune kids as young as 5 have successfully journeyed with us several times.
If you’re not sure how your child will respond, please grab a spot near the door in case you need to exit early. You’re welcome to hang out and wait for the group to join you in the dining area until the journey wraps up.
CREATING A SAFE CONTAINER
To foster a strong community, it’s essential to establish a safe container, which paves the way for deeper, more authentic connections.
🔥Sales & Marketing: We value authentic community building. Sales and marketing activities should be avoided. This is not a space to talk about your business, to hand out flyers, etc. Doing so creates doubt and confusion around the “marketer’s” intention and authenticity for true connection.
🔥Privacy & Confidentiality: All personal information shared during gatherings, including discussions, group work, and contact lists, will remain confidential. Our contact lists are for community building only and will not be used for marketing or shared outside the group. Photography, audio, or video recording is generally not allowed unless announced; any exceptions will be discussed in class.
🔥Intentional Communication: The space that we co-create is a sacred one. It is here that we can share any and all of our spiritual experiences and ideas, where we can connect on a deeper, more vulnerable level. To honor this gift of intentional space, please refrain from topics of politics and such during our gatherings.
🔥Recreational use of substances: should be avoided the day of our gathering. For your own spiritual development, refraining from substances for 24 hours prior, and after, is also recommended.

ABOUT THIS CEREMONY
As we move into the season of gratitude and generosity, let's honor and give thanks to Nature for being a sacred mirror, a source of inspiration, wisdom, and abundance for us.While I’ll give guidance and structure, you’ll also have the freedom to ask Nature for support or clarity regarding whatever feels alive in your heart at the moment.
HERE ARE A FEW IDEAS, BUT THE OPTIONS ARE LIMITLESS!
- Personal healing
- Clarity regarding next best steps you can take
- Connection with ancestors
- New traditions or ways to celebrate the holiday season that brings you joy
This experience will be similar to the types of ceremonies I share in my Sacred Rhythms Shamanic Immersion. If you’re considering joining Sacred Rhythms, this will be a worthwhile experience for you.
In this ceremony, we will follow Mother Nature's flow, meaning that we will allow our ceremony to be shaped by Nature’s expression that day. For example, if the day is windy, we’ll work with Wind. If it’s rainy, we’ll work with Rain.
LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY
The ceremony will be held on a peaceful, wooded & private residence near Cherokee Marsh in Waunakee, Wisconsin. The address provided is the Cherokee Marsh address- DO NOT GO TO CHEROKEE MARSH. If the weather looks fine, you will not receive a text from me. In the event of cancellation due to a storm, you will receive a full refund. Please set a reminder for yourself to check your texts a few hours before the event.I’ve only gotten stormed out 3 times in the last 90+ ceremonies I’ve held, so chances are very low that we’ll have to cancel due to weather.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Due to the intimate size of this circle, I cannot offer refunds unless the event is canceled due to a storm, in which case you will receive a full refund. You CAN, however, transfer your registration to a friend in the event that you can’t make it after all.
