First Thursday Dharma Talk & Discussion

Please join us every first Thursday of the month for a Dharma Talk and discussion at Thursday Open House (in-person). The evening will start at 7pm with twenty minutes of meditation, followed by a talk offered by a Seattle Shambhala community member. After the talk, there will be group discussion, wrapping up around 8:30 pm.
