Tuesday Evening Open House *ONLINE*

On Tuesday evenings, we offer an online Open House open to all. The evening includes an introduction to meditation practice, and is perfect for new and experienced meditators. Meditation instruction will be provided. All are welcome.

Please help us hold a strong container by being mindful of the timing of your arrival as well as the decorum you bring to the online experience. Treat this virtual environment as sacred space.

• 8:00 - 8:30 Discussion
