• Guided Visualization (20 minutes): A calming visualization exercise helps participants connect with an image of their future selves, inviting them to visualize a life filled with self-belief, health, and purpose.
• Introduction to Rewiring the Unconscious Mind (30 minutes): Tirzah introduces the concept of the unconscious mind, explaining how deeply ingrained thoughts and beliefs shape reality. Through reflective exercises, participants identify limiting beliefs and explore the impact of thought patterns on their daily lives.
