Join us for a free monthly mindfulness session taking place at Sheffield central library carpenter room at 10.30 until 11.30 am followed by lunch or a drink at Wetherspoon or another location picked by the group on the day.

We will be meeting inside the library near the entrance downstairs at 10.00 am. The mindfulness session starts at 10.30 am.

Mindfulness is a breathing technique with light movements that help relax the mind and body managing stress and practicing living in the present moment rather than dwelling on the past and worrying about the future.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the session.
