If you or someone you know is living with ADHD, we invite you to join us for this moderated support group for adults with ADHD.

We will cover various ADHD-related topics; share coping strategies and tools, as well as successes and frustrations; and find connection with others in a supportive, non-judgmental setting.

This meeting is intended for participants who are at least 18 years of age or older. Children and teens under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult guardian.
