Walk around lake and swamps on the border of France and Belgium.

Hello,

Starting from the carpark of the Guinguette bordering a lake, we will walk the contours of the small fortified town Condé-sur-l'Escaut, and then make way along a canalised river towards Les Marais (swamps) de Harchies in Belgium.

After leaving the crumbles of our lunch, we continue the loop and eventually arrive back at the Guinguette.

This 23 km flat walk can only be reached by car, it's only 1h 15 minutes away from Brussels.
Drivers are welcome!

You may want to bring your passport.
Perhaps a headlamp as well.
Weather outlook is sunny!

The old town has some restaurants close by the parking. So a drink and diner is an option.
