Strategizing for SHoT 2025

Ok folks, 2025 is right around the corner! I need community input on this community group!!

I'm scheduling this event in an effort to strategize meetings and community involvement for the coming year. I know we are all busy people and committing yourself to events takes from other priorities. I'm looking for folks that are interested in hosting events, taking over social media accounts, or helping out in other ways.

It's been since pre-Covid since we had an event like this, and a lot of the people in attendance for that one have since moved away or dropped their involvement. We will be brainstorming ideas on events, and hopefully there will be folks interested in hosting themselves! We can do events around food, educational events, volunteering events (anyone interested in taking over the road clean up?!), crafting events, support groups... you name it!

I'll hold this event at my house. Bring your thinking caps, calendars, and something to take notes on. I'll have sodas and coffee.

If you've never hosted an event before, that's ok! I promise it's not as scary as it may seem!! We can talk one on one if you'd like to address any concerns.
