Join us for Chair Strength Training. Chair exercises can improve your strength and functional mobility, allowing you to stay independent as you age.
They are an excellent option for exercise beginners and people with limited mobility.
The movements increase blood flow and keep your joints active and lubricated. They also strengthen your muscles.
