ABOUT THE EVENT

Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 7:00pm on Monday Evenings.

Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done.

This is an in-person Meetup only.

If you want to join me online, I have moved my online Shut Up & Write to Tuesdays at 11AM PT. If you would like to join a different Shut Up & Write session online, please go to the Shut Up & Write website (https://shutupwrite.com) to find a session you would like to join.

SCHEDULE:
7:00 - Quick introduction.
7:15 - Timer starts. Write for 1 hour.
8:15 - Chat / take off / keep writing.
OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens at 8:15PM. Writing can be very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing.

What Should I Bring?
All you need is something to write with. No power outlets, but free WiFi (Macy's) is usually available. Please thank our host by making a purchase.
