In Person Shut Up and Write Monterey

Want to join fellow logophiles for companionship, commiseration and word-herding in real life? Help us plan this new group. If you are interested in an in-person group but Wednesday evenings are inconvenient, declare your better day and time in comments.

Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice, but you are free to share thoughts, ideas, and questions about writing.

5:30 - 5:45 pm—Check-in with optional beverage and/or nosh (available for purchase at the hotel restaurant)
5:45 - 7:15 pm—Write like your hair is on fire!
7:15 - 7:30 pm—Check back in. How did you do? Any dilemmas, insights, or tips to share with the group?
