You’ll have opportunities to practice social skills in a relaxed, low-pressure setting. Participation is entirely optional, allowing you to engage at your own pace and focus on the activities that matter most to you. Activities might include:
- Introducing yourself.
- Leading a group discussion.
- Practicing small talk and active listening.
- Spontaneous speaking practice with Table Topics.
- Giving short talks (like a casual "Toastmasters light" session).
- And any other practice that would be helpful to you – for example, mock job interviews or practicing an upcoming presentation for work.
Support
As in a traditional support group, there will be space to share challenges, successes, and any upcoming situations you're facing. Let’s work together, one small step at a time, toward feeling more confident and comfortable in social situations.
