Three Front Range Peaks: San Gabriel, Disappointment, Lowe

Join us for a peak-bagging extravaganza! Starting from Eaton Saddle, we'll hike from the highest peak in the Front Range, San Gabriel Peak (6161'), to the lowest, Mt. Lowe (5606'), with Mt. Disappointment in between. Our pace will be moderate yet steady. From the summit of Mt. Lowe, we'll take in the fabulous views made famous by Professor Thaddeus Lowe, who built Ye Alpine Tavern in the late 19th century (now known as Mt. Lowe trail camp). Total distance 6 miles, 1665' gain. No pets please. If you have a service dog, contact one of the hike leaders in advance.
Level: Moderate.
Bring: 2 liters water, lunch/snacks, sturdy hiking shoes or boots, clothing layers, sun hat/sun protection, and your completed medical form in case of emergency (see link below).
