What we’re about

Our group is part of the National Sierra Club, our nation's oldest, largest, and most influential grassroots environmental organization, with over 2.8 million members and supporters. We are a part of the Colorado Chapter, a Sierra Club subgroup that addresses Colorado-wide environmental issues. We are based in Southeastern Colorado and some of our current projects include an exciting renewable energy campaign, the water quality of Fountain Creek, Recycling, and the Local Food movement. We also have an outings program to get us outdoors!
Everyone is welcome to participate in our outings and events, and you are encouraged to join the 2.8 million of your friends and neighbors who want: a safe and healthy community in which to live; smart energy solutions to combat global warming; an enduring legacy for America's wild places. You can become a member here.
