Reiki Course Level One

Dear Loved One,

This is the Holy Fire Reiki Level 1 Course

We will be learning:
- Warm up Chakras exercises to energise the body
- The Story and the Lineage of Reiki
- Cleansing Ritual and Preparation of a Reiki Session
- The Pilars of Reiki
- Healing the body, Chakras and Aura
- Meditation to clear, align and prepare yourself for Reiki
- Meditation and Attunement/ Placement/ Ignition of the Holy Reiki Energy (you will be guided by me)
- Practice and Positions of Reiki for yourself and others
- Ending meditation and thanksgiving
- Certificate handling

The Course has two parts, one Theoretical and the second part is Practical.
It enables the student to place Reiki in themselves, family members, plants, animals and environment.
Being surrounded with the beautiful Healing Energy of Reiki for life.
The Course lasts 6 hours, and the student receives the Reiki Level One Certificate. The cost is £250
