New Restaurant, Salt & Flour, Opens At North Loop Green

With a big red pizza oven named Seymour and floating window art that can be raised or lowered like a shade, Salt And Flour is bringing a colorful new experience to the North Loop dining and entertainment scene.

Not only offering handmade pastas, focaccia pizzas and shareable plates from an exhibition kitchen, it also features an Italian market with sauces, pantry items and meal baskets to go.

It’s a brand new concept from chef Brian Ingram’s Purpose Restaurants, which also opened a Hope Breakfast Bar in the Loop recently
