Mind Over Matter
In this event, we will be focusing on physically and physiologically. Hatha yoga strengthens the body immensely. Flexibility and mobility on joints, muscles and tissues gets better. Blood circulation and oxygen supply improves, leading to fewer blockages and less fatigue.
Help improve flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as reducing stress, enhancing mental clarity, and promoting a sense of wellbeing.
Fee: Free Admission
All levels including beginners are welcome.
Event Venue:
Nearest MRT Station - Botanic Gardens (CC19/DT9), Entrance/Exit A.
At the lawn facing the Singapore Botanical Gardens Eco Lake. Pass by the Visitor Services at Bukit Timah Gate and we are just about 20 meters away from there.
Attire:
Participants need to wear close-fitting athletic wear and sports bras for maximum comfort and ease of movement
Things to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Face towel
- Water bottle
Note:
As this is an outdoor event, we are dependent on the weather conditions of the day. In the case of rain on the day of the event, the event shall be cancelled for the sake of all participants.
We will try our best to inform you of the cancellation at least an hour in advance.
