What we’re about
This group is for people looking for a long-term relationship. No swingers, married people, or people just looking to hook up.
Events will not focus on bars and clubs. Instead, we will look for low-key, relaxing, positive activities that do not circle around drinking. Be kind. No drama, no stress. Harassing members will get you kicked out.
Some ideas for events include board games, day-trip adventures, exploring local areas, dinner shows, comedy shows, restaurants, picnics, meet and greet for coffee/tea, trivia, bingo, axe-throwing, u-pick farms, zoos, aquariums, boat rides, farmer's markets, arts & crafts, painting, educational experiences, walks around parks, hiking in the wilderness trails, etc.
Let us know if you have ideas for a meetup event. Most events will take place in the Orlando Metropolitan Area of Central Florida.
Organizers are volunteering their time and are not liable to you or your belongings. It is on you to be a responsible adult and make good decisions. Please let the organizers/group know if you are leaving early so we are not looking for you.
A few basic rules:
- No children at events (the only people meeting up with us at the events should be single and between 30-55).
- Do not come to the events looking for business leads. These events are for single people available for long-term relationships.
- Each person meeting up with us should RVSP and have their own Meetup profile with a recent picture.
- Please add a quick blurb about who you are and what you're looking for in your group bio (Your member profile > Membership Detail > Introduction).
- Please do not advertise other events or other groups without asking permission from group organizers.
- Please update your RSVPS. 3 no-shows will get you removed from the group. Just move your RSVP from yes to no if not attending.
