This event will focus on releasing what no longer serves you and embracing growth and intention. The full moon is traditionally a time for letting go, making it an ideal backdrop for this empowering gathering.

Opening Circle:
We will begin with a welcome circle, where you can introduce yourself and share your intentions for the evening.

Guided Meditation:
We will lead a short meditation to help connect with the full moon's moon.
Moon energy meditation will focus on release, letting go, and embracing new beginnings.

Releasing Ceremony:
We will provide you with paper on which you can write down things they wish to release (e.g., fears, negative thoughts, limiting beliefs), and we will safely burn or bury our papers as a symbolic act of letting go.
