🔹 Mike Bonadies - REAL ESTATE ENTREPRENEUR

• Mike is a landlord and property manager. He currently owns 50 rental units in Camden, Gloucester, Cape May and Cumberland counties. He Co-Owns a property management company, TerraVestra Property Management, that specializes in managing rental properties specifically in the South Jersey area and Side By Side MRO which specializes in pre-1940 construction. Mike is also a farmer and owns a livestock farm in Vineland.

🔹 Marcus Williams - Flipper / Landlord

• Marcus is a full-time real estate investor and general contractor. He has done several fix n flips, creative financing deals and several BRRRR's. He has worked with hard money, conventional and raised over 2M in private capital. He also has several rental properties that he owns and self manages. In addition to his full time investing, Marcus is one the leaders of the Black Investors Group and is a member of several other groups within the real estate investor community. He has a wealth of knowledge analyzing deals and building relationships. 2024 SJREIA Board of Director.

🔹 Stan Wilder - REHABBER -- Wilder Property Acquisitions | 267-694-3349

• I am the owner of Wilder Property Acquisitions LLC. I started as a part time investor in 2010 with cash flow real estate and now primarily do fix and flip full time, sort of lol. I own 6 doors in the PA markets and I've completed 70+ fix and flips in the NJ market since 2017. I have been a member of SJREIA since 2016.
