Crystal Mountain Season Opener - Date TBD

Looking for Intermediate skiers or snowboarders to join me for a fun day of skiing blue groomers. NOTE: If you are more advanced, or a beginner, you are welcome to peel off at any time and ski at your preferred level.

Let’s plan on meeting at the fire pit 9:30-9:45 for those wanting ski partners. If we don’t connect there and I get no other messages I will assume you are skiing on your own. You can text me at 206-612-3411. Then we will meet at base camp for a lunch break around noon. Please use my personal cell number and not the Meetup chat app for messages.

It is likely to be VERY crowded in the restaurants and food trucks. I highly recommend packing a lunch.

Please keep your RSVP current. If you sign up then decide not to go please change it to "Not coming" so I won't look for you. I want to ensure that everyone who signed up gets safely off the mountain.

OFFERING / REQUESTING A RIDE / BACK UP PLANS / SKILLS:
*If you are riding with a driver, BE ON TIME. Drivers will not wait for you.
*If you are a driver, DONT BAIL ON YOUR RIDERS. If you are uncertain, don't offer your car.

*GAS COST: $20 per person, Cash, Paypal or Venmo

*Please help the drivers plan by asking for a ride in a REPLY to their offering POST (not a new POST) and also replying to tell them you are accepting their offer as a passenger.

*If you need to cancel, please do so quickly so others can fill the spots.

*Make a back up plan for returning from the hill in the event the driver or rider is injured on the slopes. Everyone needs to have a cell phone and use text messages / phone calls to communicate during the day.

*EACH MEMBER is responsible for their own safety and equipment. Know your skill level and be realistic when selecting terrain to ski or board.

*If you are uncertain, ASK QUESTIONS to more experienced members before deciding to head down a run.
