THE SKIWI’S ARE ADOPTING A FAMILY AND A SENIOR FOR THE HOLIDAY.
DONATIONS DUE BY DECEMBER 10TH!!
The Adopted Family is from an organization called Volunteers of America, an organization for low-income families, seniors and veterans.
How you can participate: Purchase specific (new only) items listed below or provide a monetary contribution. We will be providing a meal/food gift card with this family so monetary contributions are welcomed. Please have all donations available during the November Skiwi meeting or make arrangements with Kathy or Ron for delivery by Tuesday December 10th
To eliminate duplicate purchases: Please inform Kathy or Ron what your intention is on a purchase so that it can be ‘removed ’from the list as appropriate.

Words from the Family: I am a mother of two girls, and I have recently been a foster parent to a baby girl to keep her out of a foster home. I do work, but it has been a lot, but I keep striving for normalcy for us all. I am hoping to get some help with winter clothing, high functioning toys for one of my daughters who is on the autism spectrum and food. Those are some of my challenges right now and I would greatly appreciate the help to give them a Christmas.

Coat, hat, scarf, gloves – size 8 girls

Additional Information:
Household Needs: pots and pans, wash cloths, towels, soap (dove), tissue paper, towels and they do have two cats, so anything for the cats if possible.

Individual Senior, 74 years old, Female -
‘I am a Senior on a fixed income and often times don't have the funds to buy the little, small things that I need or could use. Thank you for helping me have a wonderful holiday.’
