What we’re about

We help people get stronger together, and feel better.

We offer strength training classes and personal training at our gym in Malden! On Saturday's a few times a month, we will host our Beginner's Workshops. These are perfect for those new or rusty to strength training with weights.

Our goal with every session is to make sure that you get the guidance, motivation, and accountability to make sure that 1) you're working out safely, and 2) you're enjoying the process, and 3) building camaraderie with others 🙂

Each session is led by a certified personal trainer.
