Do you love to knit? Do you also love trying out the latest local beers, finding interesting wines, or just generally knocking back a few while working on a project? Then this is the perfect group for you! We'll meet up at different bars around town and share our love of knitting and finding good things to drink!
About member dues: currently off, may bring them back, in which case the following would apply: (In order to off-set the cost to organizers to host this group, and to limit the group to active and interested members, we will be requiring $15/year dues. Once the cost of the group is met, the remaining funds will be used for future meetups. This could involve buying appetizers for the group, a round of drinks, or special events (like a Christmas party). I plan to be completely transparent about how your dues are being used. If you have any questions about the dues, please send me a message!)
Please note: Many people have asked about learning to knit at this group. We are first and foremost a social group, so the experienced knitters in the group are not here looking to teach. However, knitters are friendly creatures and are always willing to lend a hand if you need help figuring things out!
