SOBA Social - PAX Unplugged

PAX Unplugged is a major board gaming convention held in Philadelphia each year. Expect to see many tabletop and board gaming publishers, vendors, and big names running booths, as well as other tournaments, special games, and other interesting events.

Each year, many SOBA members come here on their own already, so we're using it as the site of a chance to have our members meet and play games with each other too!

PAX has a large floor that's primarily open for gaming by anyone at any time. What we've typically done is that on Saturday night, we'll find some space to meet up and play some games together. The game library here is huge, to the point that I fully expect most games typically played on Board Game Arena will probably be available here too. Of course, people are welcome to propose other times to meet with each other as well!

The event runs from December 6-8 at the Philadelphia Convention Center. Tickets are $43 for a single day or $91 for the whole weekend (plus applicable taxes and fees).
